Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to lead our growth and partnership initiatives. This is a key leadership role for someone with deep experience in the health and social care sector and a proven track record in developing relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive business growth through new contracts, partnerships, and referrals.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees.
· Lead both online and offline marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and service uptake.
· Identify new business opportunities and markets.
· Prepare and deliver professional tenders, proposals, and bids. Oversee contract negotiations and compliance to regulatory standards.
· Collaborate with internal teams to align growth strategies with operational excellence.
Requirements:
· Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development.
· Proven ability to win contracts and work with local councils, boroughs, and public sector bodies.
· Advanced skills in digital marketing, B2B networking, and offline engagement strategies.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Highly professional, self-motivated, and results-driven.
· Experience in international business development or expanding into new markets.
· Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, lead generation tools, and social selling.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree International Business
· Master’s degree (MBA or related).
